Talking About Change

When addressing a behavioral question around change there are three things to address:

  • Data to defend

  • Impact you Predict (on user, business, team, etc.)

  • Customer Experience Reasons

This is a simple framework to leverage when you get asked questions such as:

  • Tell me about a time you had to present a strategic plan that faced resistence?

  • How do you advocate for a strategic pivot.

  • How do you present a contested idea.
