In our day-to-day we are looking at 10 or 20 metrics, sometimes many more, about the health of our product. But in an interview, we can only highlight a few.
The strongest candidates mention metrics at both the opening and closing portions of the answer.
The following are some metrics you can use when concluding your S.T.A.R. answer during an interview.

Revenue generated
The launch of our widget drove $100M in incremental revenue.
Quantify to describe volume, size, scale
The new platform processed X transaction (queries) per second.
Percentage change, year over year improvements
The new sales support tool enabled a 30% increase in qualified leads YoY.
Time to market, implementation time, time savings
Our modifications increased our time to market from the initial 90 day goal to 75 days.
We reduced the time required to process new orders from 3 weeks to 1 week.
Impact on the customer, the team
Customers purchased 10% more on average after the addition of our module into the shopping car.
Quality improvements
Our NPS (or CSAT) score rose by 10%.
We reduced returns due to defective merchandise complaints by 10% from Q1 to Q2.
