Week 4 Reto

This week I finally got back into the swing of things.

What I Worked On

  • Strategic Setup → timing improved, but sometimes I went too far and forgot details (e.g., Meta’s mission).

  • User Segmentation → more misses than hits; most groups overlapped 2 of 3.

  • Explanations → wireframes helped me see problems and explain thoughts, but they ate up time.

  • Partner Sessions → sharing my three focus areas upfront made their feedback sharper.

  • Mocks & Sessions → 9 mocks and 2 workshop-style partner sessions this week (11 total). That brings me to 17 mocks since the program began, leaving me only 3 behind target — even with three days out next week.

Adjustments I Made

  • Turned 2 partner sessions into warm-up exercises (metrics + behavioral).

  • Focused on quantity and quality: shorter setups, clearer segments, wireframe solutions.

  • Accepted that retros don’t happen after back-to-back mocks — and that’s okay if volume stays high.

Key Takeaways

What I felt
Repetition gave me back confidence, but users and solutions still felt shaky.

What I learned

  • Logistics: Daily goals aren’t viable — a weekly numbers game works better.

  • Performance: Users and end-to-end solutions remain my biggest blockers (they used to be my strengths).

  • Opportunity: Even weak probing from partners was good practice for handling interruptions.

What I’ll do next

  • Logistics: Keep stacking reps — it’s about numbers now.

  • Performance: Stay transparent about weak spots and invite partners to push me harder.

Bottom Line

Week 3 was a wakeup call. Week 4 proved that consistency builds confidence.
