Finding Qualified Practice Partners

Mock interviews are crucial to success in product design and product sense cases. You need to get in the grove and get over your nerves. But after a bit of practice, you start to feel the average partner doesn’t have the same level or experience as you do. 

When this happens, try not to get discouraged. Use it as a time to learn. Maybe provide strict instructions on how to grade you. Eventually you will find good partners, new people are rotating in each week. 

Just when you have had enough, you might find a coach or expert happens to be in the group as well. I met some of my closest friends thanks to mock interview groups. 

You are allowed to be frustrated but don’t give up.
