Leadership: What is Your Style
When going for more senior roles, you should be prepared to answer questions about your leadership style.
If you don’t know it, stop and think about it.
Ask yourself these questions:
What three traits make you a good leader?
What would your team say?
What are your weaknesses?
What experience has had the greatest influence on how you treat others?
What is the greatest influence on your product management style?
You should be able to introduce yourself based on your approach to managing and leading product teams.
