Use the prompt you picked from day 1.

For day 5, spend 5 minutes trying to come up with a prioritization framework and rating :

• you must pick one

• (often) there will be serious debate between two

• list 2 or 3 poking questions you expect the interviewer to ask

Set a timer, make sure you don’t go over.

too many people get caught between two and get too nervous to pick one. you need to show you can make the tough decision

you will need to prioritize users and solutions. what you use to rank or grade your prioritization will differ between sections, but the approach is the same.

• keep it simple

• don’t get overly complicated with numbers

• try to limit to 2 factors (i.e. frequency and severity or impact on pain and effort, etc.)
