No S.M.A.R.T. Goals for Case Questions

Ex-Amazonians can’t help but want to set S.M.A.R.T. goals for cases, it is what they live and breathe.

But for case questions, you don’t have enough data to make your goal measurable.

Also, S.M.A.R.T. goals can seem to be more business than user-focused; they use language of the business, not of the user.
