Product Sense: Burst Oral Care

I encourage all product managers to take a moment and evaluate when they have a bad user experience.

In this case, a product I love technically didn’t do anything wrong, but it was a horrible user experience.

In this YouTube video, I walk through what happened and how I might recommend improving the product. I also give the product team the benefit of the doubt and discuss why they might have made the decision to create this experience in the first place.
